About Coach Moss

 Who am I?

My name is Moswen Maisi, born and raised in Amsterdam. From a young age, I knew that sports was my calling. I started playing football when I was 8 or 9 years old and continued until I was 19. At 19, I also began weight training, and I now have over 9 years of gym experience. I’ve earned certifications as Fitness Trainer A and B, Strength & Conditioning Coach, and Bootcamp Trainer. In 2023, I completed Menno Henselmans’ course. Every day, I dive into scientific articles about fitness to better support myself and my clients.

Why do I offer personal training?

Before I started training intensively, I was a different person; I was even insecure. Through my personal transformation, I was able to motivate others. My goal is to help my clients get the best out of themselves—physically, spiritually, financially, mentally, and emotionally. Personal training allows me to make a significant impact on these areas.

Why should you choose me?

My specialty is helping you become the strongest version of yourself. It may sound cliché, but it’s true. I’m not the kind of trainer who entertains you with exercises that look cool for social media. I ensure you learn how to move properly, train effectively, and I use scientific insights to guide you. Will it always be fun? No. Will you become the strongest and fittest version of yourself? Absolutely! You will master the basics: squatting, deadlifting, pulling weights towards you, pushing them away, and much more.
