Step 1: 

Click the link below to schedule a free 45-minute consultation call. Once you’ve booked a time that works for both of us, we’ll jump on a Google Meet call to discuss your specific goals and how I can help you achieve them. During the call, we’ll also set up a time for your trial training session. This consultation is your first step toward a healthier, stronger, and fitter life!

 

Step 2: Start Our Collaboration  

- Arena Gym Membership: Sign up at the best gym in Amsterdam Zuidoost, Arena Gym. Here, you’ll have access to top facilities and a motivating environment.  

- Collaboration Agreement: We’ll sign an agreement outlining all the terms and your goals.  

- Monthly Training Plan: We’ll schedule your workouts for the upcoming month, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and can fully focus on your progress.

 

My Approach

 

- Targeted Strength Training: Together, we’ll work on your strength and fitness with personalized strength training sessions. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, I ensure that every session is challenging and effective.

 

- Personalized Nutrition Guidance: I’ll create a custom meal plan for you and introduce you to a helpful nutrition app. You’ll learn exactly what and when to eat to reach your goals. No fad diets or magic pills, just scientifically proven methods that truly work!

 

- Regular Progress Tracking: Every 4 weeks, we’ll take progress photos and measurements. This allows us to closely track your progress and adjust your plan as needed to ensure maximum results.

 

- Daily Support: Have questions or need extra motivation? I’m available daily to support you. You’ll never be on this journey alone!
